We want you to love your Korean Stain lip oil, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We will replace it at no additional cost.
